My wife's VE V6 has about 280ks on it and the top radiator spout has lost its barb, the spout cracked the whole way around just before the barb, so I need to replace the radiator or fix the barb.

The next dilemma is the quick release fittings for the trans cooler. Do I need a special tool or should I undo the port screwed into the radiator bottom tank.

James

You only have to be in front at the end of the race.

I bought a special tool for my VZ Cross8 to get those hoses undone so I could fit an auxiliary transmission cooler. Wasn't expensive but can't remember where I bought it.
