Would 1-5/8 exhaust primaries be enough, or 1-3/4 be required?

Would 2 x 2-1/2 secondarys be ok, or 2 x 2-3/4?

The first preferences listed are much more possible than the second listed.

In VT-VE world, the 1-5/8 is now considered restrictive, 1-3/4 basic, 1-7/8 becoming normal for basic tunes and mods and guys with cams, heads now looking up to 2 on VT-VZ and looking at ways of getting them in VE. Seems overkill to me - no expert though - but particularly in the bang for buck stakes, cheaper mods probably deliver better results.

Early (and I'm sure they are still out there) VE L98/L76 products were 1 5/8 to 2 1/2 that gave good results. Maybe google up the main aus players product lists to see if they still have any 5/8 configs and what they are - DiFillipo, HM, Pacemaker, Xforce

If you've not got a lot of room to work with you'd think they will work just fine in the overall scheme of things.

On main Aus site 'ls1', most prefering 4 into 1, rare to see discussion of secondaries or even collectors - might have to try US sites for info, 'ls1tech' etc.

1 5/8" will be too small for a 6.0l engine unless the operating range is kept right down in the rpm band.

On a streeter thats not being wrung within an inch of its life it probably wont matter either way (just that it wont be optimal) so if thats what fits, then do it.

I am gonna make sure the 1-3/4 primaries happens, and 2 x 2-3/4 pipes to the back. Would like the 3" pipes to the back, but it just gets harder
