Could someone please tell me what gearbox's these crossmembers are suitable for? The top one is from a 6 cylinder powerglide but I can't recall where I got the other one from (possibly trimatic with 253??). I have a powerglide gearbox / 307 I will be installing. Thanks. the top one is to suit HT/G 6cyl p/glide,6cy & V8 trimatic & 3spd synchro (will have 'A' or 'M' stamped on flat section on RHS bottom) the other one pictured is for later HGs 6cyl & V8 (except V8 glide) & will have 'Y' stamped on it it was just to reduce vibration with thick rubber damper but rubber is usually soaked in oil & spongy regards DD www.bellarineclassicautos.com.au
