From memory the HR 4 speed got a supplement manual. Does that count?

EK Hydra-Matic Supplement
HK Coupe Supplement
HK Brougham Supplement
VH SS
VK SS
VL SS Group A (A9L) (1 Page Supplement)
VL SS Group A (XV2)
VN SS Group A
VS LPG Supplement

Also Statemans separate from Holdens HQ-WB

VY Onwards had different owner manual for each model & body style, i.e. Crewman Cross 8, Adventra, Monaro, commercials etc.

On top of Dr Terry's list:

V2 Monaro
VZ Cross 6

Has anyone found one from a HQ Chevrolet 350 or Caprice that remained within Australian borders? I know they technically were exported to consulates but they must have had a unique owners manual too?

If you include the EK Hydramatic supplement, should the JE Camira ISOVIN supplement (1 page) be included?

Was really looking at complete owner manual for a special vehicle rather than supplements.

V2 Monaro is not unless you consider a V2 series I being part of the VX range and series II and III part of the VY range, we have had this discussion before.

Ah, I get the question, V2 being a separate Series means it got its own Owners Manual and not a special one. Got it now! VZ Monaro definitely is a different Owner's Manual though. I can't recall if my VSIII Holden ute had a unique manual or a generic one.

VZ CV8Z had its own product brochure as averse to the standard VZ CV8. I had to ask for it at the point of signing the purchase contract...otherwise I would never had got it. Almost a supplement with the detail explaining the differences...

So if we take Terry's list and add the VC Commemorative Commodore, JE Camira supplement, VN climate control supplement, CV8Z

EK Hydra-Matic Supplement
HK Coupe Supplement (3 versions)
HK Brougham Supplement (2 versions, sticker placed over shift pattern)
VC Commemorative Commodore
VH SS
VK SS
VL SS Group A (A9L) (1 Page Supplement)
VL SS Group A (XV2)
JE ISOVIN supplement
VN Calais climate control supplement (there is one for the Lexcen so good chance there would be a Holden version)
VN SS Group A
VS LPG Supplement
VZ CV8Z has a sticker over the rear view mirror instructions, CV8 is auto dim CV8Z is standard rear view mirror

Was there a changed owners manual when VZ ute, wagon, Crewman etc changed to 6.0L engine? Or for HG commercials when they changed to HQ engine capacities?

Being a HSV enhanced / HBD option, it wouldn't get mentioned. Like my VS 2 Calais with the HSV 185i engine - regular books that a 168kw car gets.
Cheers,

Mick

VQ Stato/Caprice had it's own owner's manual - quite unique to the existing VN, and then VP (VQ2) period books, but it was it's own series.
Likewise a VU ute gets it's own book, but it's also it's own series.

However, VR & VS LWB models would be considered part of the VR & VS would they not?
They had their own Stato/Caprice book, not a Commodore/Calais one.
Cheers,

Mick

No supplement for the different specs?

Nope, only the dedicated Calais sales brochure that mentions it as an option. Regular brochure notes it as an option on SS & Berlina V8 as well, same with Caprice & Stato.
Only specs are in the brochure & HSV compendium.

There's another one - supplement for the VS2 Calais with the Supercharged engine - released 3 months into series 2, but aligned with Stato/Caprice S2.
Cheers,

Mick

Hi Bazza I will try and dig up the three HK supplements for you.

Mick, Statesman was always considered separate from the rest of the range, HQ to WB Statesman get their own separate owner manuals.
