I think it is original. Not sure what box it has behind the 250. HJ used TH350 or Aussie 3spd from memory but don't know about HT as yet.

I think it would be original too. I believe that the 3-sp gearbox in these is an M15 Aussie box. The ratios in the Kommando sales brochure match those of the regular Aussie M15 with the 3.07 first gear.

They would also need the Aussie box because the shift levers are all on the RH side for simple hook-up to the RHD column.

The bell housing set-up with the pull cable on the RH side & a Chev bolt pattern would probably be a homegrown SA item.
