I was power washing my VE S2 Clubsport R8. I accidently got too close with the hose and popped out one of the reverse parking assist sensors, after which I jumped into the car to back it into a safer area to examine the issue. while doing this the rear sensor was crying out that I was too close to something as it had fallen into the rear bumper. I turned the car off and removed the rear bumper, returned the sensor to it original position and replaced the bumper.
After starting the car again, the park assist no longer engages when I put the car into reverse, I don't get any errors, lights, or noises, nothing. I've checked the fuse in the boot of the car and it seems fine. Have I broken something or is there a way to reset the system?

you need someone with TECH2 to interrogate those ....
losing just one sensor should not kill the whole rear system
