The only way is with a blower.
if it ain't broke we can improve it.

Hey there.
It is quite possible to get that out of an EA 3.9L, infact, you dont even need to touch your fuel system besides a few little pressure regulator tweaks.
A good cam, headwork, exhaust and a fresh bottom end will get you there.
