Hay all. I have a XA Coupe fitted 351C Top loader, and nine inch. The car has very little rust, which is a bonus.
It also has full instrumentation tacho dash etc.

Compliance plates read as follows.

Model JG67NB
Engine 94455
Engine number JG67NB94455K
Trim 18217
RAXCLE 670338,not sure if those letters are correct HARD TO READ.
FTAX K
Paint R
GCW P

I would appreciate if any one can tell me what the codes mean.
As you can see the car has matching numbers, which is another bonus.

Now to my dilemma, I have a few too many project on the go what would a car like this go for say on Ebay or is it worth keeping and getting rid of other cars instead.

Cheers.

The engine fitted is the original one for the car.
The original colour was 'Copper Bronze"

The codes you have written don't make sense. An XA should have a single large compliance plate with the following info in the top section:

SIDO
Model code
Engine
Trans
Paint
Trim

The 18217 is the model code for a Fairmont coupe. If it's a facto

Anthony,
Early XAs had the single compliance plate, late XAs had a twin compliance plate like the XBs and XCs. My 12/73 XB coupe also has the chassis/engine number on the right hand side compliance plate. xatwodor, if your car is a factory 351 and the

Engine - 351 2V. Tran - cruisamatic ( FMX) Column auto? Trim - parchment. paint- Lime Glaze.

Does that ring any bells with your car as it stands? Column autos though not unheard of in coupes are pretty rare, especially with the 351s.
