GO to a site such as photobucket.com and upload your pics there.
You can then simply enter the link here (probably the best option) or use the image tags so the image shows up in your post (but that can make the page much slower to load)

Heres another. once you upload your image to the host site(photobucket.com etc:) you'll see at the bottom of the page a list of options to choose from as Tags (as said) Generally you want the "Show image Directly tag" an example is this bellow once you Edited by user Monday, 6 March 2006 6:34:36 AM(UTC)
