The HT series was when the Compliance plate was first introduced. Early HTs will only have 2 plates (Body Plate plus VIN Plate). From Jan 70 the Compliance plate was fitted, so all 1970 built HTs will have all 3. Dr Terry.
		If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
