G`day all..............I have a VP 5.0 ute that`s recently developed a problem with it`s auto.When it`s cold it shifts very late in all gears,(3000-3500rpm)and when it does shift it`s very hard!!As it warms up it gradualy gets better and better and after about 20 mins of driving it returns to how it should be.Fluid level is spot on and still a nice red colour(does not at all look burnt).Transmission does not slip at all!!!.....Anyone have any ideas???

I had the same problem in my FMX after the previous one s**t itself. Turns out they didn't clean out the cooler properly when the trans was replaced and some foreign body stopped the govenor in the extension housing working properly. Just like yours,
