Does anyone know the exact GVM mass of the HR ute? I'm putting an RB30 turbo setup into my HR ute, and I want to calculate my power to weight ratio for the driveline. I keep getting figures between 900kgs and 1500kgs from people?!?! I would believe it to be around 1250?
The old adage that power to weight determines just how quickly a car will accelerate is still the key. It's a simple fact of life, and normally aspirated engines are simply not stressed like boosted engines and simply live longer.

Hey LS1, By my book the Auto bodies are 1200kg and manual is 1180kg....... give or take the usual full or empty fuel tank etc. Then you just need to allow for any weight difference with what ever gearbox/motor combo you run over the standard setup. Ch
