hi guys , i have a 94 ed that seems to crank over a fair bit before starting, when cold it seems to have a slight flatspot just off idle when taking off for the first time , the other night it did not want to start and just kept cranking over for a few go"s until it fired, it also lost power momentarily whilst accellerating through a roundabout , any help appreciated and thanks in advance

Hi Woodsy,

Try finding out how to read the fault codes in the computer and start from there.

I'm no expert on Falcons, but it sounds like the computer isn't richening the mixture up enough when the car is cold so it MAY be linked to the temp sensor
