Does anyone know how to read the tyre placards that are on the inside of the glovebox cover?

Could someone please tell me if you know what this one says or what it means?

I am hoping it is a sandman one.

Thanks
Rusty

The rim size read standard HQ-HZ stuff thats 6 and 7 inch rims. The JJ is a safety rim, thats a little rise just inside the rim to hold the tyre in place. Ditto 70s tyre sizes too. However is does say 3 passengers and from memory a Sandman was only a 2 s

I think Byron knows the stuff better than me, but Sandmans came with bucket seats not bench seat..therefore 2 people not 3 people on the placard I guess.

A ER70 series is a 205/70 and suits a GTS with 6.00JJ GTS rims. The 185s were for Kings and Prems

You need to look at the number starting with a 9 in the bottom right corner of the placard.

These are the HZ tyre placard numbers from Byrons website.
The bottom 2 numbers are sandman ones.

Failing that, post up all your ID info and someone will decipher it for you.
