What is involved in a conversion to falcon stud pattern on a TE corty. Axles can be redrilled, what happens with the front end?

Castlemaine Rod Shop offers a kit for around $1200 falcon patteren big rotors, calipers, pads, hubs, wheel bearings every thing to bolt straight in that will pull up quicker.

I read on an old forum that if u use xy hubs and some other rotors or something like that but i cant remember exactly.sounds like trouble if u have to mod the stub axle, mind u i have seen heaps with five stud conversions.

Well if it's anything like the kit to put Falcon rotors on my Capri you don't modify the stub axle you machine the inner bearing surface of the hub so that the inner and outer bearings are closer together this allows Falcon hubs fit onto the shorter stub

thanx alot jim5.0 . What model falcon did the hubs come off and did the xf calipers bolt up without modification

when u say a kit does that mean the machining was already done on the hubs and how much was the kit, what did it include?

Hello,
The kit includes sleeves so that the larger bearings & seals will go onto the thinner stub axle & adapter brackets to fit the Falcon calipers (Any Caliper from XW-XG).

I did have to grind some of my calipers mount to get it on this is in t
