can any body help my old kingswood is boiling badly i gave it tune up and fix the radiator ( it had a slight hole ) with a sealer and then flushed it out and checked no leeks then drove no more than 2 clicks up the road and the temp gauge jumped from cold to hot in about 30 secsonds and boiled limped it back and there was no water in the radiator or the tank but the leak was no longer there it wasnt a hot day only about 23 deg and i had no coolant but it never had any when i bought it and it never go hot before please help and if the engine is kangaroo edward (roo ted ) should i buy an another 253 or go a 308 i like the 253 power to fuel ratio but i want more power

OK, slow down and try to use some punctuation so we can understand what you are saying.

When you refilled the radiator, did you turn the heater on? Did you fill the radiator, start the car, let it idle/fast idle until hot water came out the top hose an

When your car is over heating look to see that the radiator is not leaking or any other hoses around- check that the fan belt is working ok and that the water pump is working properly. Than change the thermostate before looking anywhere else because it is

flushing out the radiator will not clear out the core properly, take it to a radiator repairer to clean out all core tubes and they will re solder the tank, flush out your motor with the thermo out and fill with a good coolant.run it(not drive it) to oper
