gday guys, I've been looking through sites and seen FJ's over there with nice wood grain steering wheels on them, where can I possably try to get hold of one to fit the FJ up to 420 in diameter and is there a boss kit available as well

SAAS are the only people making a boss kit to suit the FJ. You can then use virtually any aftermarket sports steering wheel.
