I am half way thru a HK project ute and would like to know if anybody has had any experience using a different accelerator set up than the original (sloppy) HK type. The reason i am trying to find out this, is that the ute is ready for paint and i want to fill any holes in the firewall that i might not need. I am not keen on using the old pedal/mechanical set-up and having it slip off its mounts when all four barrels on the SBC are required at a test and tune night. Would the HQ-Z cable set up and pedal be a good option or does anyone has any experience with this.

Cheers
