Hi All, I have decided to sell my current project to make way for another. What I have available are * HZ 1 toner chassis (Chassis rails ONLY) that have been completly sandblasted, fitted to a rotisserie all rust removed and any repairs required carried out. The entire chassis was sprayed in two pak hi fill primer and rubbed back to give it the smooth look and then sprayed in two pack Hi gloss black. Because there is so much exposed chassis on a Toner I wanted the paint job to be perfect and the results are good, probably too good because I was charged $1500.00 for the paint job alone that is not including sandblasting,paint and materials. This would be ideal for anyone that is ready to start doing their Toner chassis.Sell your chassis and it will save you the hassels of dragging it to the sandblasters then to the painters etc etc all you have to do is park it up and start assembling. I would like $1000.00 for it. *I also have a HX 1 Toner cab. This also has been completly sandblasted and etched primed. The original cab was rusted in the floors, sills, firewall and pluenums so it was easier to replace the whole front section with a doner from another car. I had a HX Wagon that was rust free and a factory 4 speed so the front was removed from this and grafted to the Toner cab. The cut was done at where the windscreen pillers meet the dash and the factory floor join was unpicked and rejoined with the overlap just like it had been done at the factory. The cab is now rust free with a factory 4 speed floor. One piller repair needs to be done (area has been cut and piece is ready to be welded in)and a bit of tidy up before commencing with paint. This again would suit someone who is about to start doing their Toner cab. Do not be like me and sandblast your cab and find under the paint there is thousands of dollars worth of repairs needing to be done, this cab is naked and rust free. I would like $700.00 for it (Cab only)which is no where near what it owes me. The reason for sale is I have a good style side ute shell now that I am going to use which is what I wanted in the first place before I got the Toner.
