hey all,,,can someone tell me in what way to turn the 2 adjustment screws on the quad carby? to tune it?

If you mean the mixture screws. In is lean, out is rich.

The two mixture screws on the base at the front of the carby. On the late model carbys they are originaly covered by steel plugs which have to be removed.
