have heard that a xw or xy diff will fit straight into an xp. is this true? also anyone have any idea how much oil a stock 302 should hold? thanks guys.

I'm pretty sure the XYs had a wider diff than the XPs. So best measure them up first to make sure.

302 engine ..my 350 took just a bit over 4litres so Id put 3.5 litres in then check the stick then half litre at at time. Get it on the full run the car at idle to let oil fill the filter then recheck and top up.
