In 1973 the xy gtho one bathurst I would like to buy the dvd if available but cant find it any where.

Its a shame I cant just buy the disc with the falcons on from 73.. It says 500mins of video and it covers 41years that make average of 12mins per year..
Is it just me or are there others out there that would like to buy the whole race of a certain year.

not a problem mate. Yeah I think if someone started offering the bathurst races via the years on DVD it would sell very well. I'd prefer watching the full race rather than just the highlights.

I was reading about Bathurst recently (possibly in Australian Muscle Car Magazine) and they were saying that the footage from some years has been lost.

There are certain years that there is no known recorded footage of the complete race.

I'm 38 and my earliest memories of watching Bathurst are the A9X Torana's, the Falcon coupes and then Dick Johnson in his XD.

yes back when holden's where holden and ford were ford's. it's a load of rubbish holden vs ford now! Bathurst was about proving the product was fit to spend $----- on. now only the shell represents the car. and nothing else at all. some fools still argue
