hey, is it normal for a hz power steer to moan under load. no noise when car is driving around town, but when slowing down and turning (corner, car park etc) it will moan and sound as if it is struggling. power steer pump is a recent reco - about 6 months.
would it have anything to do with the wheel and tyre set up on car? i run 14 x 7 dragways with 225s on front

Do you get any shuddering through the wheel when it does this? If you do, it may be low on fluid and/or need bleeding. To bleed a power steer system, park on a loose surface (or jack the front end up and support on jack-stands) and turn the w
