recently i bought a new brake piston for my pbr cast iron hq caliper intend buying the other one this week to rebuild two front calipers i noticed the new piston is taller than the old ones it seems to be a more robust piston its right bye the parts book has anyone used these had any problems ie fitting new pads ? cheers and thanks for any info

i will answer my own question just found out girlock alloy caliper pistons when put side bye side are taller than pbr cast iron caliper pistons cheers
