What are some basic tips on looking after my engine and or improving the performance of my vehicle? What to clean and when? What I could put in it to boost air flow and power?

ok 1st up service it every 10,000km max it says 15 but ther did that to mach ford (ford have a beter oil sistem) if you want it to last change the oil they love it and just folow ther service books for stuff like plugs and leads. plugs air and petty filte
