HI
I am wondering what realistic options I have for an Uncles OLD 1980 4 dr Sedan.
I havent got all the specs yet, but when I looked years ago it was a 4 cyl model which would make it an original VB.
It has ALWAYS ben garaged and was only ever owned by my uncle who can no longer "legally" drive at 80+ years. I beleive it has never been much further than 20Km from home, So I expect it will have low K's for its age.
Should I : ~ Keep it, collect and maiatian it as a stock VB Is there any good examples ~ Sell for ?? What value or to yard for parts? ~ Modifiy it or save it for a Variety Bash !? Is there any good examples
And if sell where to find a buyer for a '80 commodore !
THANKS
Sean

The 4 was introduced in the VC series.
If it's a good clean shell with no rust, it would be a good donor shell for a project, and could command decent money.
To modify it - say putting in a V8, or even a late model V6, will require you to upgrade th |

Mick,
Thanks for the response.
Given some of your comments and the more I think about it, the more I may keep it as a long term project to keep stock.
Which clubs or locations could I hope to see similar examples, of what to do or perhaps w

For what not to do with it...... well there's numerous websites out there that show planty of examples!
I'm not sure of what club/category it would really fit into, bar an all-models Holden club of some form.
You can get a listing of lots of clubs |
