vs statesman boot lock actuator

Rank: Guest Groups: Guests Joined: 2/09/2015(UTC) Posts: 43,977 Was thanked: 5 time(s) in 5 post(s)		there is a short metal rod (wire)between the boot actuator and the boot lock. its about as thin as a toothpick.one of the ends have snapped so the lock cant open. anyone had to replace this or do a `fix` ?
