recently put high octane unleaded in blue 253(accidently)now motor running about 10 celcius cooler(80)is this healthy?is this usual?car is still running well.

Different brands of fuel and different octanes often have different additives which make the engine run better / worse.

The octane itself doesn't make more or less power, it (in theory) just indicates how resistant the fuel is to detonation.

AFAIK the higher the octane rating the slower the fuel is to burn, thus it's resistance to predetonation.. if it's burning slower then you'd presume it's also going to cause less heat buildup in the motor itself.
