Mates just bought a VB SLE with a 5ltr and TH400.
Just wondering did HDT build any SLE's, if so was there a number on the id plate to tell whether it was HDT or not. I've heard that they may have built some? Engine number is VT126xx and also it's a late '78 model.

The Brock cars were delivered as completed units to HDT where they were stripped down, modified and reassembled.

Way too early for a HDT - they didn't start making them until mid 1980, and from VCs, not VBs.

The only VB they ever dabbled in was the prototype car (which is a car that is known to HDT enthusiasts).
