Hi everyone,
I have a 307 1969 block which has been Zero deck machined to help boost compression.... my heads too are shaved right down... now i need to get my standard intake manifold machined to suit the new angle of heads to block... i have a procedure wich suggests to use washers that are the compressed gasket thickness and then use strategically placed modelling clay balls and tighten up some bolts , then measure the squished clay and there is the amount to machine etc...
My question is this .... Can someone please advise on what my compressed Felpro standard type head gasket thickness will be ?
Then i can find some suitable washers for this task....
Thank you in advance.. :)
Anthony
