Hi
Am from Albury looking at buying a WB ute privately in Metro Melbourne (Lilydale). Part of the negotiation may or my not include raodworthy. Does anyone know if you can get a NSW roadworthy certificate in Victoria...

To be honest Iv only ever heard of NSW Blue/pink slips being done in the ACT appart from that you have to cross the border into NSW to get it done. Remember though the car will need a blue slip done and this is the hardest of the lot as the car has to be |

Matt If you are from Albury then you have the same advantage as we do near the ACT. You could seek out a testing station in your area that does both Vic and NSW rego inspections. Tell the seller that you are doing this and that he should inform his rego i |

Just get a vicroads unreg permit, drive it home, then reg it in NSW when it's home. That's how I did it with the last car I bought in Vic. 28 day permit cost just over $60.
