can one reco a warn steering connecting rod on a hq or do you have to buy a hole new one ? cheers

are you talking about the intermediate steering shaft? the one with the tapered boot on the top end, and the coupling on the bottom

iam talking about the the one from the pitman arm across the front to the idler arm cheers

That would be the "Draglink" from the steering box to the idler arm, yes? AFAIK you will need a new one or a good second hand one. I got knocked back for rego on my HQ Prem because it was worn too much. If you dont replace it the draglink can drop off and
