Hi Guys,

I have a problem with my coupe's steering set up. I can keep turning the wheel until it hits the chasis ie turning right the rear of the wheel hits. The set up currently in it is the original steering box etc adapted up to an xd column. Has anyone have any suggestions on what works best and how to fix if possible.

Cheers!

Does it turn full lock left or does the steering box run out of room long before the wheel gets anywhere near touching?

If so you need to adjust the tie rods so that the left one is slightly shorter and the right one is slightly longer IE a wheel a

do you still have the little stoppers fitted to the lower control arm ? you will have a bar that runs from your lower control arm to the front of the chassis, there also should be a small part bolted to this,
