is it possible to find out the very last HQ sedan built at each plant?
the reason I ask is I just picked up a 9/74 HQ kingswood, painted in Absynth yellow, which is a HJ colour (maybe a paint test car), has HJ handbooks, not HQ, also came with HJ warranty card (hangs off light switch), car was sold off the showroom floor on the 14/12/74, by southern motors Melbourne, Have full dealer order form. seems odd to me a Brisbane built HQ being sold new in Melbourne?
here are the numbers, know the details but posted numbers for those in the know, who might want them. Body tag HQ80369. 329698B 1886-30H (odd trim No for 74?) 568-15949 L20 (202). M40 G95
small tag 8N69LEH329698Q
Complience has upto & including ADR 28 9/74. seat Cap 5 . EHQ 71471B
Thank's in advance

There was a change over of paint colours near the end of HQ. They were brough on line at different times, days appart.
I have found a couple of Absynth Yellow HQs, the first one iz found still had Chrome Yellow in the owner's manual. It was plated 10/7
