hey woundering if any one can shed some light on changeing a auto gearbox in an 01 au to manual
what do i need to do
whats the best box to use

Your best bet would be to find a written off manual AU and swap the gearbox, clutch mechanism and ECU into your car.
You can fit a T5 out of any E series Falcon but you will be left still having to find AU peddles and ECU.
