I have a fully restored race car shell no rust, no marks, no engine, no electrics, no gearbox, No ID tags, No dents or damage.
It has a Full Roll cage. It has A9X diff, brakes, Hubs etc.

Car was bought to build into a race car.IT CANNOT BE REGISTERED as it has no TAGS. Car was never issued with Tags or Chassis Number. It is and always has been a circuit race car.

I have since bought a completed and CAMS log booked XU-1 and will sell the A9X for below my cost to get rid of and make my wife happy.

Unprepared shell was purchased for $10,500, plus transport $700. New rubbers, wheels, glass and professional labour cost $6,200. No allowance for dozens of hours spent on vehicle by the writer.

These race cars fully restored are worth $60-80k.

Tags were removed so that people dont start selling them for road use. Prototypes and crash tested vehicles also dont bare ids. The idea being these cars are not to be used on the road and garner the manufacturer a bad name.
