Can anyone decipher the following 308 casting number
26M3.
I know that L stands for December but what does “M” stand for?
Also engine number “WT”, were these in the WB's?
How do I kow if its a 83 or 73 model? thanks

26 december 1983 if the engine number is prefixed wt...there is no i used in date coding as it is confused with the number 1..

So what does the "M" stand for. Sorry I Still dont understand. M is the 13th letter of the Alphabet, unfortunately we dont have that many months!
