CDT was a totally separate entity from either GM-H or HDT. CDT was an acronym for Country Dealer Team & I believe it was operated by James Faneco (spelling ??). He modified & sold Geminis & Commodores (& perhaps even Camiras).
In similar fashion to WGR (Wayne Gardiner) & CSV (Corsa Special Vehicles) they handled performance Holdens, but unlike HDT (or HSV) they were not officially endorsed or warranted thru GM-H dealers.
Values & desirability are difficult to rate, but I doubt very much that any CDT would be worth its equivalent HDT.
