im looking for info too see if this car is genuine, its a red may 1986 vl turbo, with hdt body kit, claiming to be an original hdt car.

the numbers i have are:

vl8vk19-115
body: 996114m
trim: 1980-151
paint: 1f075-d
eng: lf1
trans: mf5
diff: gm3

any ideas?

Sorry to burst anyone's bubble, but it's just a piece of junk.

The shell is from a 6cyl N/A manual VL SL.

It's not a turbo, never was from GMH either, and I know from looking up the numbers the other day, that it's not a HDT.
