G'day all, I would like to get rid of the Edelbrock Torker and go for a dual plane manifold to make it more driveable on the street. Whats a good manifold for more lower RPM torque and general driveability at the moment. What prices we talking here? Does it need to be matched to my cam/heads/carby?
cheers, Trent.

Perhaps I am Plane jelly, but I really do need two planes. Sometimes one is not enough.

ive used a few different types from kilkenny to modified hdt and edelbrock standout as the best performing duel plane manifold in either carb or modified for fuel injection and they are reasonably priced to or keep a look out on ebay.

The good thing about both (KC and Edelbrock Performer) is you can use them on any pre Walkinshaw heads.

if you want a great manifold, go with the torque - power single plane. otherwise the only fantastic dual plane manifold on the market is for VN heads.

In cubes we trust.

cam??

if you want to step down from Torquer, the next on down is Performer RPM, then PErformer.

having not really been into huge performance mods what is the advantage for a street car to have the dual plane manifold over the single plane
