could a stock 350 motor with holley 750 handle 150 or 250 shot nitrous ???

yes, but wind back the advance, maybe go a couple of ranges colder on the plugs, and use highest octane you can.

what about running a supercharger , vortech one from capa.
what would i need to change for reliability ?

pistons, rods and that ???
how much power can what handle
