Yeah they will. HK 6" wheels had to have wheel spacers to fit them on V8 manual GTSs, and HT/G wheels with the bigger offset solved this.

Its a hk prem will 5inch on front and want to put 6inch hg rims, will i need to put spacers?

No, as above you only need spacers with HK 6" rims, and only on V8 GTS manual. HT-HG 6" wheel are a different offset to HK 6"
