Do you mean balancing? If the carbs were set up and jetted correctly but have gone out of balance you may be better buying a set of motorcycle synchronising vacuum guages for under $200 and doing this yourself.

I seem to remember doing this the el cheapo way back in the day. Get about a foot of garden hose, stick one end in your ear and hold the other end adjacent to each carbys inlet and balance them out that way.

Thats how we did the triples on my EHs.
Bad WB, you need to talk to some Mini owners as they came standard with SU carbs. You could also try the guys at Go Gear in Ozzy Park
