possible class action against those having a possible class action against those having the possible class action,
whereby, the party of the first part, having the cause of action for a class action, against, the party of the second part,
is now the defendant with the party of the third part, having a cause of action against the party of the second part,
hereby has an action against the party of the first part having a cause of action against the party of the third part,,!!
