My VIN on the RHF skirt starts with an N instead of EH.Anyone came across this before,front k frame could have been replaced maybee??????

If it starts with an N, and ends with a P, then it's a NSW Police number. Quite common on cars prior to the ISOVIN system.
If the ID was ever compromised (original stamping replaced due to accident repairs, or theft/rebirth, or any other reason, they Police in each state would clear the car after investigation, and issue a new number - a Police number.

N = NSW
V = Vic etc.
