just checking out the hk 327 for auction tonight at shannons, has anybody ever seen this stamped on large tag..it has made in Australia stamped in tiny letters on left hand side of tag starting at the bottom and running sideways up to the top of tag... it is stamped from the front of the tag, I have never seen this before on any hk tag on any model.. curious.. From what I understand it was an earlier thing, but by the looks someone found a few unused boxes of BODY ID plates and used them during HK. Not sure if it was confined to the Elizabeth body plant or not. Did you happen to get VIN and chassis details for the car? We only have ever gotten details of the BODY plate in the past. Anyone know what it sold for, or got passed in at? Edit - $210,000 shown on Shannons site. Who writes this shite for Shannons?
