The closest that I can find is 7438296, so maybe the first '3' is a badly cast '8'. 7438296 is a small chamber (H) head from a 130, 138 & 161 from HK/T/G, LC etc. Dr Terry Edited by user Thursday, 15 April 2021 3:05:05 PM(UTC)

That is a HQ era high comp 173 head IIRC, probably used on 130 and 138 too. You’ll find them on LC-LH, late HG, HJ and from memory early LX. |
