Hi,
Is there anyway way of finding out production numbers of HQ GTS Monaro Coupes?, in particular 308 4 speed.

There isn't really any. The top spec vehicles have been counted (as in GTS350 and LS with 350) but no-one has really bothered with HQ GTS, and there are so many of them it'd take forever to do it which is the other big reason. I can tell you HJ, and it might be a reflection of HQ V8 GTS just on a much larger scale:
606 total HJ GTS coupe, 213 x L32 and 393 x L31. Of those 393, 230 x M41 and 163 x M21.

I do not think the HJ numbers would reflect into HQ as I think 253 was far more popular in HQ.
