We have all seen and read of bad online experiences, I want to share a good one.
I'm also posting this on other forums, because I think it deserves it.

I wanted a lace-up genuine leather steering wheel cover for my work car, a Holden Cruze.
Bought one years ago, about 1986, for a previous work car, a Coomodore. It was great, but now I couldn't find one in any of the local accessory shops.

Searched online, nothing in Rares but I found one that looked the same as the previous one for $29.99 plus postage, from a company in Melbourne!
I was a bit uncertain whether it would fit but was assured it would stretch around the rim if I heated it with a hairdryer.

Nursing my fried hands, I emailed the contact, Stuart, who said "No worries!"
Important point: Open any purchased item carefully and keep all packaging until you know you want it - I did. (I even had the sturdy brown paper it came wrapped in!)

Steering wheel cover was sent back less than a week ago, the full purchase amount refund was tranferred into my bank account today.

Top class service!

Based on that experience, I firmly recommend http://www.accessoriesonline.com.au

Cheers - Cog-swapper.
