In a hq van 308 ,turbo 400 whats the best best diff ratio for just around the place like a weekend car? Ive found a 3.55 (chev big brakes)and have got a 3.08 (10 bolt)in it now.forgot to mention both are just bolt in. Jim in adelaide Edited by user Tuesday, 4 August 2009 6:30:10 AM(UTC)

if its just a cruiser id leave the 3.08 in, the 3.55 will just rev out to much, id only suggest the 3.55 if you wanted to take off quickly, i have a 2.78 in my HQ, useless for taking off quick (manual g/box) but perfect for cruising
